The Vision Strategy: For complex designs that require a custom visual blueprint prior to booking, we offer a Vision Strategy service. This $350 design fee is fully credited toward your final installation. 19. What if I’m looking for more affordable options? We offer cost-engineered balloon decor for budget-conscious clients.
