No refunds or returns on custom or latex items.

Cancellations: Orders are considered confirmed within 2 weeks of the scheduled event date. Confirmed orders may not be cancelled but may be rescheduled up to one (1) time with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the event date. Clients who do not honor our 7 day cancellation policy may be subject to total forfeiture of services. All deposits and payments made on confirmed orders are non-refundable. Requests for adjustments or other changes to services are subject to the approval of Madeline's Room LLC and may incur additional fees.

In the event of inclement weather conditions, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery services. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate confirmed services for the soonest available date.

Upon delivery, all items should be inspected for satisfication. Madeline's Room is not responsible for items once we have left the premises. 

Madeline's Room provides in person delivery that is expertly delivered by one of our delivery specialist. We try our best to accomodate your preferred delivery window, but delivery times are is based on the order requests are received.
